The Baywatch Dreamtime II surf shorts were made in collaboration with, and feature artwork by, Zachary Bennett-Brook, the Founder & Artist/Designer behind Saltwater Dreamtime.
On creating the art piece, Zac told our designers, "So the artwork I created has a little more of a traditional Indigenous feel to it compared to other works of mine. With this one I did an earthy toned background in Red and Yellow over the top of Black. The artwork which has been put over the top is a nice and simple White artwork, I call this design a travelling pattern. Each of the circular designs is based loosely of meeting places and having them connected with the simple White lines signifies travel and moving from one location to another. In life we often move from location to location for work and pleasure and I thought it was pretty fitting having this design on an item of clothing which travels with you."
